Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Domain Consultant 2 in healthcare to analyze client processes, identify optimization opportunities, and map them to industry standards. You will document configurations and draft SOPs for domain-specific requirements.

You will drive benchmarking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and research third‑party products to compare features, costs, and scalability. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies with stakeholders to align solution performance with domain insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams and document system configurations, drafting SOPs and workflows.
• Conduct research on third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate implementation and support in developing/maintaining SOPs for system stability.
