Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of project management experience; CAPM or PMP desirable but not required.
• Experience with CRM software, Salesforce or Clarizen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary point-of-contact for all assigned projects.
• Builds customer relationships/satisfaction and keeps our internal resources on task.
• Builds processes, adheres to a plan, and collaborates with others.
• Develops and maintains project schedules, coordinates internal team meetings, maintains project calendars, prepares and/or edits meeting minutes/presentations/deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to deadlines.
• Maintains all project-related documents and generates project summary reports.
• Assists with customer data validation.
• Monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensures resources are on track to hit project milestones.
• Involved in product development and/or quality assurance when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
