Job summary

CommunityCare HMO Inc. seeks a Senior Health Data Analyst to provide analytical support to Executives and departments, including pricing, capitation, network, and provider reporting. Responsibilities include data cleaning, descriptive statistics, modeling, and creating written reports with recommendations.

The role manages high-complexity projects and mentors other analysts across departments. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in health data analysis, proficiency in SAS/SQL, and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• Demonstrated use of analytical software such as SAS, SQL, or equivalent.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools preferred.
• 5+ years in Health Data or Data Analysis.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-importance analytics projects and lead a team of analysts.
• Conduct multiple major analyses without close supervision; produce written reports.
• Perform quality review of projects and mentoring of junior staff.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and automate reports for management.
• Create data presentations with conclusions and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Mentor analysts and assist in training and development as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
