MAXIMUS is seeking a senior leader to manage a portfolio of health contracts in the West Midlands, delivering performance, quality, compliance and financial targets. You will establish strong relationships with local authorities, commissioners, and partners, promoting service excellence and ensuring robust governance and staff development.

The role requires 3+ years in health or social care, plus a degree in a relevant field and proven leadership.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated management, leadership and mentoring within a similar role/environment.
• Experience delivering programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement and management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts.
• Create and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure Quality/Process and Procedures are embedded, including policies, procedures and administration.
• Recruit and develop teams, provide training, supervision and PDPs, appraisals and wellbeing.
• Clinical Governance / Audit: ensure compliance with auditable standards and evaluation.
