Job summary

State of Louisiana seeks a Program Manager 1--A to oversee OSHCF contracts, leases, and grants. You will coordinate with leadership, vendors, and fiscal staff; draft statements of work; and ensure regulatory compliance and timely documents.

The role requires experience in health program management and strong oversight of contract lifecycle from renewal to amendments. Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience in developing, managing, or evaluating health or social service programs, or similar public health roles.
• Six years of full-time work in any field plus four years in health program management or related areas.
• Bachelor’s degree plus four years in health program development or evaluation; or an advanced degree/JD with three years in health programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal leadership, vendors, and fiscal personnel on contracts, leases, and grants.
• Draft scopes of work and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Track approvals, renewals, amendments, and performance evaluations; prepare required documentation.
