Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking an experienced health programme leader to manage a portfolio of services across the West Midlands. You will drive performance, quality and compliance while delivering strategic service improvements and ensuring robust stakeholder engagement with commissioners, local authorities and partner organisations.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight and a track record of delivering contracted outcomes within health and social care settings.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field of health promotion or public health
• At least 3 years in health or social care related post
• Demonstrable management, leadership and mentoring in a similar role
• Experience working with a range of stakeholders and building relationships
• Experience delivering programmes in line with contractual requirements and SLAs
• Experience in financial management and able to scrutinise budgets and P&L reports
• Familiar with risk analysis and mitigating challenges

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead and deliver performance, quality, compliance and financial targets across a portfolio of health contracts
• Create and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
• Embed Quality/Process and Procedures with tested policies and forms
• Recruit and develop multi-disciplinary teams and promote learning and culture
• Clinical governance and audit activities including reporting and evidence development
