Job summary

Mercer is seeking a Health Actuary - Analyst III located in East Coast Mercer offices. You will manage client projects that focus on health benefits strategies, including financial projections, plan design optimization, and renewal negotiations.

You will create client deliverables, provide direction to junior analysts, and present findings to clients in partnership with senior members of the client teams. Hybrid work is offered along with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in consulting, insurance, finance, HR or accounting
• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, finance or economics
• Two or more actuarial exams passed preferred
• Strong analytical, data analysis or financial modeling and communication
• Proven project management and problem-solving abilities
