Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client engagements including service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, design, renewal, benchmarking, and studies.
• Develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies and drive tools/solutions.
• Define scope of services and assign roles within the client team.
• Effectively communicate Mercer's position on industry trends to clients.
• Be accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts and projects.
• Monitor project scope, budget, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Set strategic direction and create demand for new products/services.
• Manage and participate in new business opportunities with sales channel partners.
• Thrive in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
