Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is expanding in Arizona and seeks a Communications Specialist to craft compelling content across social media, websites and internal communications. You will partner with leadership, staff, patients and community members to raise awareness and support growth in the new Arizona market.

You will manage storytelling end-to-end, coordinate photography/videography, assist PR and media relations, and help optimize web presence, CRM and reputational efforts while ensuring brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years experience in marketing, communications, PR, digital marketing or content.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling with ability to create content for multiple audiences.
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content development, analytics and campaigns.
• Experience coordinating photo/video production and working with vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with PR/media relations, patient storytelling or executive communications.
• Familiarity with web content management, SEO, CRM, email marketing and paid digital advertising.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe CC and WordPress; Google Analytics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for social media, websites, digital signage and internal/external communications.
• Lead storytelling from idea to publication, including interviews and coordinating photography/video.
• Support PR and media relations as on-site media contact.
• Prepare internal communications for Arizona and system-wide updates.
• Assist in optimizing external web platforms, CRM, and online reputation management.
• Ensure brand standards across signage, collateral, digital displays, and events.
• Support national/local conferences, events and activations in Arizona.
