Through virtual obesity centers embedded directly within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs), we deliver personalized, best-in-class obesity management—empowering patients while driving significant health improvements in underserved communities. We are seeking a passionate Health Coach to support our obesity management program virtually. In this role, you will engage weekly with patients, serve as the primary care liaison, lead patient communication, and coordinate closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. This position offers flexible scheduling, remote work, and the opportunity for growth within Luro Health. This is a virtual role that starts as part time and has the option to go full time.
As part of the role, you will receive training in obesity care management from one of the leaders in obesity care, Jamie Kane, MD. Jamie is one of the co-founders and Chief Medical Officer of Luro Health.
Hours:Flexible part-time schedule with potential transition to full-time based on patient volume and performance.
