Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for teaching, coaching and facilitating lean management practices and principles to business teams, in order to drive business impact while instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  • Coach and mentor Process Excellence and Change Management for business teams by leveraging tools to instill a culture of lean, problem solving, and continual improvement. Mentor teams regarding process development, identification of efficiencies, risk reduction, and problem solving that provide business impact with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead teams and/or cross functional process design sessions to identify and resolve gaps, risks, variation, and cycle time.
  • Learn and adhere to DMS standard work, operational excellence standards, and process and control standards.


Qualifications You'll Need

The Basics

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Information Technology or related
  • 4+ years of experience in Operations, Change Management, Process Improvement, Process Management, Business Technology, or related.

In Lieu of Education Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Strategic Change Management, or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
