The Role

Health Club Attendants at the Four Seasons Hotel Boston are responsible for maintain cleanliness, set-ups, and standards in the locker rooms, work-out areas, and spa.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To

• Set-up and maintain spa, including refreshments, locker rooms, work-out areas, and pre-treatment areas.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible, resolve guest complaints, assist guests in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
