Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team. The role will bring Health Cloud expertise in-house, replacing an external consultant, and drive Salesforce roadmap while aligning with enterprise objectives.

The ideal candidate has Health Cloud experience, OmniStudio/Vlocity, strong design and leadership skills, and a track record delivering scalable Salesforce solutions in a health payer environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Demonstrates working technical knowledge of systems administration
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Demonstrated experience solving server/operating system problems that reduce impact to customers/end-users
• Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and standards.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and stay current with new features.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create prototypes.
