- OmniStudio/Vlocity experience including design, configuration, and implementation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Active Salesforce certifications as required in the job description.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and configuration initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
- Mentor junior team members and guide stakeholders through prototypes and concepts.
- Drive upfront requirements gathering and define architecture to meet business needs.
