Job summary
Intermountain Health seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to join the Provider Network Management team as the in-house expert for Health Cloud solutions. The role replaces external consulting and guides architectural strategy and configuration to meet long-term objectives.
Candidates should have 1–2 years of hands-on Health Cloud experience, OmniStudio/Vlocity know‑how, and Salesforce certifications. You will lead design, mentor developers, and drive the Salesforce roadmap with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Knowledge of data migration and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
- Active Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and configuration initiatives for Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and standards.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
