Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture seeks a Technical Architect to join our Service Cloud technical team. You will act as a customer-facing resource, helping design dashboards and dataflows using Salesforce Einstein Analytics and guiding best practices across dataflow, lenses and dashboards.

The role requires 5+ years on Salesforce, integrations with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics, and ability to travel internationally. A strong CI/CD background and Salesforce Architect certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years working on the Salesforce platform in a technical role.
End-to-end project implementation including integrations with SAP, Oracle and MS Dynamics.
Strong understanding of multi-tenant architecture and integration architecture.
Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
Familiarity with PaaS & IaaS platforms like Heroku, AWS and Azure.
Hands-on development with Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce.
Full English proficiency and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports for leadership and users.
Review reporting requirements and translate into technical specs for dashboards.
Provide insights to business and technical teams on best reporting approaches.
Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to meet business needs.
Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development.
Set operations and refresh standards aligned to a global data strategy.
