Job summary

Coastal is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager (HLS) to lead large-scale Salesforce deployments for healthcare systems. You will drive strategy, governance, and executive-level reporting across multi-cloud environments, ensuring patient outcomes and provider experiences are optimized.

The role requires 3+ years in HLS PMO leadership, 10+ years PMO, and 5+ years consulting, with 2M+ annual budgets and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading PMO-level health tech implementations.
• 10+ years dedicated PMO experience.
• 5+ years in a professional consulting environment.
• Budget ownership of $2M+ annually.
• Hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and HL7/FHIR/EHR/EMR integrations.
• Experience leading 10+ team members.
• Strong technical background across SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and QA.
• Excellent executive client relationships and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic client and stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Executive partnership with Coastal leadership for critical relationships.
• Own relationships for assigned enterprise HLS clients and programs.
• Establish and maintain engagement and operating models.
• Provide strategic direction to expand Coastal Cloud footprint.
• Deliver high-impact project updates to diverse stakeholders.
• Lead multi-cloud delivery across Salesforce Health Cloud and integrations.
• Develop delivery plans with milestones and critical paths.
• Manage cross-project dependencies and governance.
• Drive forecast accuracy, profitability, and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate on SOWs and contract-related documents.
• Mentor program teams and guide agile estimation and planning.
