Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
- Master’s degree in healthcare admin, business, public health or clinical specialty.
- Registered Nurse license in the state.
- Five years in healthcare administration/management; minimum two years at senior nursing management level.
- Two years’ COO/CEO level experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all hospital operations; clinical, ancillary, and support departments.
- Develops and enforces hospital-wide policies and procedures.
- Leads strategic planning in collaboration with Market CEO and hospital board.
- Monitors compliance with licensure, qualifications, and competency.
- Manages budgeting and financial performance to meet approved targets.
- Supports quality initiatives and safety culture across all departments.
- Represents nursing and clinical services on committees and with medical staff.
