Job summary

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Bay Area Community Health will direct daily operations for a full-scope network of clinics, coordinating with the Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO and Board. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health, MBA, or MS with healthcare delivery emphasis.
• 5+ years as COO or similar leadership in a FQHC with 500+ employees and/or $50M budget.
• Proven success planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating programs and processes.
• Experience with HRSA contracts and multi-funding preferred.
• Budgeting and financial management experience; strong leadership in clinical ops.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee clinical operations directors and front-line teams.
• Review utilization metrics to optimize patient throughput and access.
• Develop strategies to improve clinic utilization and staffing levels.
• Collaborate on technology use (EPIC, Compliatrics) and budget monitoring.
• Participate in leadership meetings and coordinate across divisions.
