Qualifications

• Experience leading clinic operations and teams in healthcare.
• Ability to manage regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA) and quality dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Optimize provider schedules and visit types; supervise EMR workflows.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and emergency readiness (HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA).
• Reconcile daily collections; manage billing close and petty cash.
