Premise Health seeks a Full-Time Health Center Manager Registered Nurse (RN) in Sunnyvale, CA. Lead site operations, oversee staff, and deliver high-quality care to client employees and dependents.

Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with 2–3 years of healthcare leadership required and experience managing large teams. The role emphasizes infection prevention, compliance, and collaboration with client representatives while maintaining patient records and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS/ALS or ACLS certifications required per contract scope.
• COHN/COHN-S or related Occupational Health certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in the medical field and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience applying CDC/WHO/APIC infection prevention standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow at the health center.
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff.
• Allocate time to patient care and clinical/technical tasks as needed.
• Monitor patient flow and utilization to optimize center performance.
• Identify process improvements and perform root cause analyses.
• Serve as infection control lead and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives.
• Complete incident reports and support investigations and resolutions.
• Maintain accurate patient health records and assist with duties as assigned.

Unique opportunity! As a Full-Time Health Center Manager Registered Nurse (RN), you'll lead site operations and provide services to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Sunnyvale, CA. The scheduled hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. 2-3 years' healthcare leadership experience is required, to include leading large teams of 30 or more employees.

What You’ll Do

• Manages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration
• Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis
• Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulations
• Communicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representatives
• Completes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Current license as RN in state of practice
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field
• 2 – 3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC or other industry standards for Infection Prevention practices

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $146,939.20 - $183,674.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
