AltaMed Health Services in Lynwood is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of the PACE Center and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for PACE and ADHC services.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in healthcare management, with bilingual abilities preferred. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are included, along with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in working with Title XXII (licensing regulations) and the elderly population.
• Experience working collaboratively with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, gerontology.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisor or management position in healthcare or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location, preferred.
