Job summary

TrueCare in Encinitas and Carlsbad is seeking a Health Center Manager II to oversee daily operations, improve patient flow, and ensure outstanding service for underserved communities. You will lead hiring, training, and ongoing staff development to support a high‑performing health center.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration, Public Health, or a related field; knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT codes; 1–2 years in management and in an outpatient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• 1–2 years management experience.
• 1–2 years in a medical, health, or social services setting; outpatient/FQHC preferred.
• Bonus points for bilingual English/Spanish or community clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the health center.
• Manage hiring, training, and termination of staff.
• Improve patient flow and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Coach and develop staff to support a high-performing health center.
