Job summary

TrueCare in Southern California is seeking a Health Center Manager II to oversee daily operations at our Encinitas and Carlsbad offices, lead staff, ensure procedures are followed, and optimize patient flow while delivering excellent service to underserved communities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in health administration or a related field, has 1–2 years of management experience in health or social services, and knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10/CPT coding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in health administration or related field.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records systems (ICD-10/CPT).
• 1–2 years of management experience in health or social services.
• Bonus points if bilingual English/Spanish or community clinic experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of health centers.
• Hire/train/terminates staff and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Enhance patient flow and provide excellent customer service to all patients.
