Job summary

Marathon Health seeks a Health Center Lead II to manage daily operations of health centers while delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care. The role blends clinical insight with operational oversight and requires regular on-site presence and travel to assigned health centers.

You will supervise staffing, scheduling, IT and facility coordination, and partner with leadership to align care delivery with organizational goals, while supporting staff development and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in direct healthcare delivering patient care and service.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Able to lead teams and oversee clinic operations.
• Active CMA/LPN/LVN or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned health center(s), including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide primary and preventive care to eligible patient population with focus on patient experience.
• Monitor patient flow, huddles, scheduling, and first-day readiness for go-lives.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations, Market Medical Director and other stakeholders on care delivery goals.
• Lead quality reviews and support staff development and engagement.
