Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Health Center Lead II to oversee day-to-day operations and deliver high-quality primary care at one or more health centers. The role blends clinical insight with operational leadership to ensure seamless patient care, staff engagement, and compliance.

You will manage workflows, staffing, scheduling, and performance metrics while collaborating with Directors and PMO to drive organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct healthcare experience delivering care and coordinating services.
• Active certification such as CMA, LPN or LVN preferred.
• Experience leading health center operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care–Provide primary and preventive care and manage chronic conditions.
• Health Center Operations–Oversee patient flow, scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• People Leadership–Coach teammates, oversee onboarding and staffing, and foster engagement.
• Performance, Engagement & Events–Coordinate client events and drive patient engagement initiatives.
