Baker Tilly US in Philadelphia is seeking a Manager to join our Health Care Transaction Advisory Service team within Financial Advisory Services. You will provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and advisory services to clients, working with firm leadership to deliver value and drive the firm's growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• At least one year of Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA certification preferred, not required.
• Strong analytical, modeling and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies primarily in the health care space.
• Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships with clients and the community.
• Invest in professional development through firm-wide learning programs.
