Murdoch Developmental Center in Butner, NC is seeking a Health Care Technician II to supervise Health Care Technician I staff and oversee daily care for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role provides specialized direct services, including behavioral programming, habilitative activities, and assistance with health care, personal care, and daily living tasks. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 may be offered, subject to budget approval.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of related work experience.
• Nurse Aide I certification per NC Division of Health Service Regulation.
• Nurse Aide II certification per NC Board of Nursing (as applicable).
• EMT certification per NC if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Supervises Health Care Technician I staff and provides feedback to ensure quality care.
• Delivers specialized direct services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Assists with health care, personal care and all aspects of daily living.
