Job summary

Caswell Developmental Center, part of the North Carolina DHHS, seeks a Health Care Supervisor to oversee residential homes for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role ensures habilitative care, supervises Developmental Technicians, and monitors program quality and safety on a 2 PM – 11 PM shift.

You will manage schedules, timekeeping, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with state policies and providing leadership for staff development and performance management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years of experience; or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the home and assign/develop Developmental Technicians.
• Post and maintain time records; ensure accuracy of staff timekeeping.
• Schedule staff to ensure safety and quality active treatment for residents.
• Monitor data in the Electronic Health Record and ensure compliance with policies.
