Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager for the Health Care Transaction Advisory Service within our Financial Advisory Services team. You will provide buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, working with firm leadership to serve clients and grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• At least 1 year of Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target healthcare companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities.
• Support growth and development of team members.
