Qualifications

• Two+ years in customer service or sales, preferably in health care
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English and Spanish)
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Full-time, virtual work with some travel, including nights and weekends
• Valid driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth by enrolling individuals in various health plans

• Organize and lead community health events
• Travel within Albany, Schenectady, Columbia, and Greene counties
