Qualifications you’ll bring:

  • Two or more years in customer service or sales, with experience in health care such as hospitals, medical offices, or insurance companies
  • Bilingual abilities (e.g., English and Spanish)
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience and education
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Availability for full-time, virtual work with some travel, including nights and weekends
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and growth
  • Humility to work as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer interactions

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead membership growth initiatives by identifying eligible individuals and enrolling them in plans such as Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Essential Plan, QHPs, HARP, Off-Exchange, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNPs.
  • Conduct outreach activities at events like health fairs, community expos, festivals, and holiday gatherings, working with Field Marketing and Community Engagement teams to increase visibility.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and contacts to develop a strong network within your territory.
  • Generate and convert leads into MVP customers.
  • Organize and lead two monthly community events to showcase our health solutions and strengthen community ties.
  • Travel locally to bring MVP’s services to different communities.
  • Participate in screenings and provide immunization proof as part of community health initiatives.
  • Transport promotional materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support our mission of improving healthcare delivery.

Where you’ll be:

  • Hybrid model with local travel in Rockland County
