Chicago is the preferred office location; qualified candidates will also be considered for our Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, New York, or Washington, D.C.

office. The associate will work across Foley's national platform on regulatory and compliance matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and in good standing.
• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction(s) of admission.

Responsabilités

• Advise health care providers and industry participants on regulatory and compliance matters.
• Conduct health care regulatory due diligence in transactions and advising on ongoing compliance matters.
• Supervise and train junior associates; work with lawyers across Foley's national platform.
