Job summary

Foley & Lardner LLP seeks an associate with 4–8 years of health care regulatory experience to join our well-recognized national Health Care Practice Group. Chicago is the preferred office location; qualified candidates will also be considered for our Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, New York, or Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and in good standing.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in health care regulatory matters.
• Experience with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, provider licensing, payer enrollment, billing and audits.
• Experience advising hospitals and health systems on regulatory and compliance matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise health care providers on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters.
• Conduct health care regulatory due diligence in transactions.
• Supervise and train junior associates.
• Collaborate with lawyers across Foley's national platform on a broad range of matters.
