Foley & Lardner LLP seeks an associate with 4-8 years of relevant health care regulatory experience to join our national Health Care Practice Group. The preferred office location is Chicago, with consideration for Dallas, Denver, Houston, Jacksonville, New York, or Washington, D.C.

The candidate will advise health care providers on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters, including fraud and abuse, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, licensure, enrollment, billing, and investigations.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience advising health care clients on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters.
• Experience with fraud and abuse, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience supervising and training junior associates.

Responsabilités

• Advise health care providers and other industry participants on regulatory and compliance matters across practices.
• Conduct health care regulatory due diligence in transactions and communicate findings to deal teams and clients.
• Manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively, communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
