• Experience advising on Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and related compliance issues.
• Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise health care providers on federal and state regulatory and compliance matters.
• Conduct health care regulatory due diligence in transactions and coordinate with deal teams.
• Supervise and train junior associates and collaborate across offices.
