Strong writing and analytical skills are essential for success in this role. The position offers opportunities to work on health care regulatory matters, HIPAA and ERISA-related disputes, with exposure to regional and national clients and significant client contact.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of health care litigation experience, including motions, depositions, discovery and trial prep.
• Experience with health care regulatory matters, HIPAA, and ERISA is preferred.
• Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions, and manage complex discovery and ESI.
• Represent regional and national clients in health care litigation and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to prepare cases for trial.
