Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for Health Care Litigation Associates in the Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; Dayton, OH; Lexington, KY; Louisville, KY; and Pittsburgh, PA offices. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. Experience with health care regulatory matters, HIPAA, state and federal agency audits and investigations, payor disputes, administrative proceedings, and/or ERISA litigation is preferred. Qualified candidates can look forward to a practice that will include significant client contact and handling all aspects of complex health care litigation and compliance for regional and national clients of all sizes.
A license to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania is required. Out of state candidates who are willing to sit for the Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania bar exam, or eligible for admission in Ohio, Kentucky, or Pennsylvania, will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
