Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a Health Coordinator in Seattle, WA to join our services team. You will coordinate healthcare, nursing services, and administrative tasks, maintaining medical records in Therap and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

You will work closely with the PWS team and leadership to support person-centered care. Responsibilities include MAR management with RN oversight, appointment coordination, and data entry into Therap, while maintaining confidentiality and high-quality documentation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year in a similar role with IDD preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records and nursing documentation.
• Scan and upload records into Therap.
• Forward reports to Nurses for review and notification.
• Monitor E-Fax for records to be scanned into Therap.
• Update and track protocols/care plans and delegations with dates.
• Attend Nursing Department meetings and stand-ups.
• Assist RN with medication orders and MAR review.
• Coordinate home visits and appointments in Therap.
