Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year in a similar role with IDD preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), office equipment, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred certifications: CNA, Medication Aide or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain medical records and nursing documentation.
• Scan and upload records into Therap.
• Forward reports to Nurses for review and notification.
• Monitor E-Fax for records to be scanned into Therap.
• Run reports in Therap and track ROI dates for annual update.
