• Previous experience in a medical/mental health office and scheduling coordination.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and data entry.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; strong communication skills.
• Customer service mindset with ability to work independently.
• Team player capable of supportive collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate execution of clinician-developed care plans and client scheduling needs.
• Answer calls, texts, and emails with timely, compassionate support.
• Coordinate clinician availability with client needs and calendars.
• Reschedule appointments and optimize calendars for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate client records in the EMR system.
