Job summary

The role focuses on onboarding, program optimization, and stakeholder engagement, with a hybrid work model in Lenexa. Ideal candidates have healthcare analytics experience and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting hospital budgeting, operations, decision support, or clinical field.
• Working knowledge of the health care industry.
• Knowledge of key comparative standards such as billing standards, job title classification, general ledger expense/revenue, and DRG classification system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to document and communicate technical requirements.
• Strong project management skills; ability to lead multiple projects.
• Knowledge of relational database technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital onboarding and ensure seamless integration of pediatric analytics programs.
• Manage meetings, timelines, and workloads with prioritization and on-time deliverables.
• Build and nurture relationships with hospital members to drive engagement.
• Collect and analyze customer insights and recommend improvements to boost retention.
• Communicate hospital needs internally to drive program improvements.
• Provide pediatric analytics product knowledge to hospital participants as requested.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to meet hospital needs.
