Beacon Health System in the United States seeks a Director of Marketing and Communications to collaboratively lead multi-state strategies across performance marketing, social media, content creation, and media relations. This senior role will drive brand growth, patient engagement, and clear internal/external messaging.

The Director will oversee teams, advise executives, and ensure cohesive communications across healthcare regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive marketing/communications experience, with at least 5 in leadership, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience overseeing large-scale campaigns, media relations, social media strategy, and content development.

• Lead and manage marketing and communications teams across regions.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Oversee creation of high-quality content (written, visual, digital).
• Manage and optimize social media presence and key initiatives.
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets and manage crisis communications.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and leadership for cohesive messaging.
• Drive internal communications to inform and engage employees.
• Ensure brand standards, messaging, and priorities are consistently applied.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
