Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services in the United States seeks a Health & Benefits Consultant to independently manage client deliverables, build strong relationships, and contribute to strategic engagements. You will support clients' health and wellbeing strategies and collaborate with actuarial and practice teams.

You will lead day-to-day engagements, design benefit programs, benchmark plans, manage vendor relationships, and prepare client-ready analyses and presentations while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–5 years of health and welfare consulting or related experience.
• Active Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management and execution of client engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Design, implement, and manage health and wellbeing benefit programs.
• Benchmark plans, evaluate costs, and analyze funding strategies with actuarial teams.
• Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and service delivery, including RFPs.
• Prepare analyses and client-ready presentations, and drive follow-up with clients.
