Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Health & Benefits Consultant to lead client engagements, design and manage health and wellbeing programs, and drive vendor evaluations. This role emphasizes strategic advisory, strong communication, and cross‑functional collaboration within a supportive team.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of benefits experience, a bachelor’s degree, and an active life/health license or willingness to obtain one within six months of hire. Location: Berwyn, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3–5 years of health and welfare consulting or related experience.
• Active Life & Health License or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management and execution of client engagements.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and internal resources.
• Act as primary client contact and manage communications.
• Support design and management of health and wellbeing programs.
• Lead benchmarking, plan design evaluations, and funding analyses.
• Oversee vendor relationships, renewals and performance reviews.
• Prepare and execute vendor RFPs and market evaluations.
• Develop client deliverables and presentations for approvals.
• Facilitate client meetings and document decisions.
