Job summary

Willis Towers Watson invites applications for a Health & Benefits Intern position based in the Midwest, with a hybrid arrangement requiring on-site presence in Chicago at times. The internship offers exposure to client work, data analysis, and learning sessions, aimed at developing future consultants in Health and Benefits.

You will work alongside industry leaders, gain hands-on project experience, and participate in twice-weekly learning and networking sessions across H&B and other WTW

Qualifications

• Progress toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong quantitative coursework and GPA 3.0+.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support development of client strategies and solutions for Health & Benefits projects.
• Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
• Perform financial analyses, including pricing and modeling plan design alternatives.
• Gain knowledge in pharmacy, life and disability insurance and wellbeing domains.
• Assist with surveys, vendor proposals, and client deliverables.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
