Willis Towers Watson in New York invites applications for a Health, Equity and Wellbeing (HEW) Intern within Health & Benefits. You will consult with employers on complex health, equity and wellbeing projects, involving wellbeing strategy, I&D strategy, clinical condition management, and vendor evaluations.

You will collaborate with colleagues to analyze data and prepare client deliverables drafts for review by senior colleagues, supporting consultants on projects across surveys and RFPs.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health, health management, business administration or similar with GPA ≥ 3.0
• Experience showing strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst internship preferred)
• Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client standards
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Hybrid role; must be local to NYC and commute to 1325 Avenue of the Americas
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Graduation between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 preferred
