Job summary

Willis Towers Watson invites motivated students to join the Health & Benefits internship in San Francisco. You will work beside top consultants on real client assignments, analyze data, and present results while doubling as a learning and networking hub within WTW.

You will gain exposure across CST and FAA, handling client strategy support, pricing considerations, and vendor evaluations. This hybrid role is local to SF and requires legal work authorization in the US.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Actuarial exams are beneficial for actuarial students.
• Prior internship or work experience showing increasing responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of client strategies and solutions.
• Analyze and compare vendor products, services, and contracts.
• Perform financial analyses, pricing, and modeling of plan design options.
• Gain knowledge in areas such as pharmacy, life, disability insurance and analytics.
• Evaluate surveys and vendor proposals.
