Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
• 2–3 years working with data management, ticketing systems, or analytics.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain DoD CAC due to government contract requirements.
• Strong SQL skills are core to the role and experience with SSRS or web-based reporting tools is needed.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access and excellent written and verbal communication is required.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate reports using Microsoft SQL tools that save time.
• Develop self-service reports in SSRS for client access.
• Use SSIS to schedule and automate recurring reports.
• Partner with business teams to understand data needs and opportunities to improve workflows.
• Test data exchange processes and maintain database quality and integrity.
• Write clear technical and user documentation and translate tech speak for non-technical stakeholders.
