Job summary

WTW is seeking a Health and Group Benefits Co-op in the Boston area. The role involves client-facing consulting, data analysis, and supporting consultants on a variety of accounts.

You will collaborate across pharmacy, wellbeing, disability and leave, compliance and more. Ideal candidates are Northeastern University co-op participants or equivalent internship holders, with strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Must be part of the Northeastern University co-op program.
• Progress towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Strong client service experience and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Hybrid role with 2–3 days in-office encouraged.
• Undergrad applicants should be 2nd or 3rd co-op candidates or have comparable internship experience.
• Graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Able to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage strategic projects to support consultants’ day-to-day client service.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to respond to client questions.
• Learn about health products and programs; evaluate vendor offerings.
• Design, distribute, and evaluate surveys and RFP responses.
• Partner with consultants to perform financial analyses and pricing models.
• Work with clients, colleagues, and vendor partners to build relationships.
